Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for analyzing hardware requirements and formulating hardware solutions for projects, optimizing and adjusting them according to actual conditions, and controlling the circuit design and verification process;
2. Responsible for component selection, schematic design, PCB layout, single-board and complete machine debugging and testing, and verification of hardware and software functionality;
3. Responsible for writing hardware design documents, debugging and test reports, and the compilation, promotion, and management of hardware design specifications and standards;
4. Participate in the review of hardware schematics and circuit board designs, follow up on circuit prototyping and mass production processes, and control the quality of circuit design;
5. Participate in the electrical performance, reliability testing, and certification testing of products, and analyze and rectify related issues;
6. Organize, share, and train personnel on project-related technical materials, and draft patents.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Automation, Communications, Mechatronics, or related fields; 5+ years of circuit development experience, with experience in overall product technical framework design and core hardware function development;
2. Proficient in circuit design software such as AD and Cadence; extensive experience in circuit board design; experience in designing, debugging, and mass production of complex circuit boards with 6 or more layers;
3. Experience in designing and debugging FPGA, ARM, DSP, and other processor circuits; experience in designing and debugging high-speed serial and parallel communication interfaces such as PCIE, USB3.X, and LVDS;
4. Experience in designing and debugging high-speed, high-precision AD or DA chips; experience in designing and debugging mixed-signal circuits;
5. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in analog circuit design and debugging, such as small signal filtering and amplification conditioning;
6. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in electromagnetic compatibility, safety regulations, and reliability testing and rectification;
7. Proficient in using common instruments and equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers;
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and learning ability; strong sense of responsibility and execution.
